About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles in global, fast-paced environments. The role requires a proven ability to lead organizational transformation, build new capabilities, and optimize existing structures within the talent acquisition function. Deep expertise in global recruiting strategies, market intelligence, and industry best practices is essential, as is experience in executive recruiting and strategic partnership with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a hands-on approach to high-volume hiring and niche talent searches. A strategic thinker with a bias for action, the VP should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change, with strong relationship-building skills to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
