Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department\nStart Date Needed : 12 / 22\nRegion II Float Requirement : Primary to St. Elizabeth Hospital; may float to St. Clare (Lakewood) and St. Joseph (Tacoma) if needed.\nFloat Incentive : + $20 / hr when floated outside primary facility.\n\nInterview Process : Clinical profile review → Manager call interview (Melissa Irwin)\nMedical Solutions : Automatically deducts 1.75% WA tax – can be re-added back in.\n\nUnit Details – Emergency Department\n\n11 beds, 1 trauma bay\n\n35 patients / day\n\nRatios : 4 : 1\n\nEMR : EPIC\n\nShifts : 7a–7p | 7p–7a | 12 : 30p–1a\n\nWeekend : Every other | Holidays required\n\nScrubs : No color requirement\n\nCharge Nurse : Yes | No aides / paramedics / tele techs\n\nSecurity / Sitters : Yes\n\nVentilator : PB980s\n\nED Provider : 24 / 7 coverage\n\nRT : 24 / 7 | Pharmacy after hours : via HRN & St. Francis support\n\nIV / Draws : Phlebotomy & IV team (business hours)\n\nCertifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC\n\nCommon Cases : Typical CAH emergency presentations
