RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for operating and using industrial powered stand-up order selector that are RF equipped to move materials throughout the Distribution Center and place product in designated areas.
- Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies
- Inspect equipment, perform daily checklist, and communicate any deficiencies to supervision
- Continually meet production efficiency levels
- Maintain quality of work
- Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary
- Ability to operate order picker equipment and perform picking functions at heights up to 20 feet
REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to work the 1st shift work schedule : currently Monday through Friday 6 : 30AM to 3 : 00PM CT
- This position requires schedule flexibility, as dictated by business demand and available resources including overtime at times
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass pre-employment basic aptitude driving test
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to count accurately and efficiently
- Ability to focus on details
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
