Regional Sales Manager
Our client is a worldwide leader in the sanitary technology and bathroom ceramics products who generated over $3.8B in net sales last year.
They are on the hunt for a Northwest Regional Sales Manager to directly manage a group of independent sales representatives to increase our client's market share within the high-end multi-family and luxury residential segments.
Responsibilities :
- Manage, develop, and train sales representatives
- Develop, monitor, and control the department budget
- Manage relationships with large customers within the region
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations
- Promote company products in new sales channels
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling through distribution channels
- Experience calling on contractors, builders, architects and design firms
