As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, check credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access. What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or activities. Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the location. Assist with implementing site-specific security-related procedures to help to maintain order and protect property. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Provide customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting individuals as needed. Document and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter and detect unusual activity, with working conditions subject to variation depending on the location. Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
