Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create project plans and blueprints.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage the details of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
