We are currently seeking a highly motivated CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR located in Baltimore, MD and surrounding communities. Required Education :
- High School Diploma required
- Prefer Associates Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field Required Qualifications : Candidates must possess the following skills and abilities, which must be Proven experience as an Assistant Project Coordinator or similar role (3-5) years
- Good understanding of construction industry (conception to delivery)
- Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step plans
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control of project documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar electronic documentation platforms)
- Excellent with documenting and taking meeting minutes and managing the electronic filing
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills Responsibilities :
- Contribute to project planning and coordination
- Support senior project staff with resource allocation, meetings, and information management
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure project teams are aware of deadlines
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status effectively
- Utilize project management tools to track working hours, budgets, plans, and expenses
- Prepare and distribute necessary contracts documents (e.g., contracts)
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Ensure quality standards are met through regular testing and evaluation.
- Work in CMTS office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Salary :
