Job Description Join our dedicated team in the CVICU, where you will care for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and Carotids. You will engage with advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, and CRRT, while ensuring optimal patient care in a 2 : 1 patient ratio with occasional 1 : 1 support. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to CVICU patients. Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition. Maintain communication with the healthcare team regarding patient progress. Participate in care planning and discharge planning. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1.5 years of CVICU experience required. ACLS and BLS certifications required. CCRN certification preferred.
