IT Desktop Support Administrator

The Hunton Group in Houston, TX ( ) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Desktop Support Administrator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide technical assistance and daily support to employees across the organization, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of computer systems, networks, and related peripherals. This position requires strong technical expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills. The role is based at our Hunton Services location at 5622 Luce Street, Houston, TX 77087 .

Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day support for desktop systems and related infrastructure at our Westpark location, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Coordinate and execute installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Facilitate the creation and management of Active Directory (AD) accounts / users and Exchange accounts / mailboxes within O365 and on-premises servers, ensuring seamless access and communication capabilities for users.
• Travel to our Greens Rd. location as needed to address support issues and maintain consistency across sites.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
