Leadership Development Senior Partner role at Golden 1 Credit Union . Exempt position; reports to Director – Leadership Development; Department : Enterprise Development and Communications. Pay range : $92,300.00 - $115,000.00 annually.
General Description
The Leadership Development Senior Partner provides resources and builds relationships focusing on the mission and objectives of the organization. Acts as an operational and strategic resource driving the planning and execution of Leadership Development across the organization. Interfaces with all levels of Senior Leadership to align with key initiatives, develops content for Leadership Programs, and implements solutions which seek to enhance the professional growth of all Golden 1 employees. Accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are respectful to all.
Tasks, Duties, Functions
- Responsible for executing and managing major leadership development strategies system-wide, including the development of leadership curricula, in collaboration with Talent Management career development planning, and individual leadership development plans.
- Partners with business units to develop and implement leadership development strategies.
- Prepares and delivers facilitation of leadership development programming and experiential development plans.
- Provides executive coaching to senior managers and high potential candidates.
- Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and / or consultation with managers, consultants, or others to identify needs and to develop an aligned curriculum of system and campus programs, online tools, and resources.
- Develops instructional materials for leadership programming; keeps abreast of curriculum, development, training and facilitation, market information and trends to ensure competitive and relevant design and delivery.
- Shares accountability and responsibility with other Learning, Leadership and Talent Development Partners for consistent integrated solutions across the organization.
- Develops appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability and measure results.
- Leverages data analysis to narrate leadership development outcomes contributing to organizational results achievements.
- Performs other duties as assigned in the advancement of the department's goals.
Physical Skills, Abilities, and Exertion
Effective oral and written communication skills required for facilitation, interaction with employees and external contacts, preparing recommendations and reports, making presentations, and following up on inquiries. Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems.Organizational Contacts & Relationships
Internal : All levels of staff and management.External : Vendors, subject-matter experts, and peers in financial institutions.Qualifications
Education : Master's degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Training and Development, or related field.Experience : Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of progressive experience in people leadership, organizational development, talent management or related field.Knowledge / Skills : Working knowledge of adult learning principles, management in leadership development, curriculum design and development, ability to devise training programs, facilitation and presentation skills, change management, and ability to work independently with multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis for measuring outcomes.Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting with occasional mobility.Corrected vision within normal range.Hearing within normal range; hearing device provided if needed.Occasional movement within department to interact with staff and complete tasks.Minimal travel locally and statewide; overnight and evening schedules may be required.Occasional long work hours to accomplish tasks.Licenses / Certifications
