Responsibilities
- Our number one goal is to take care of people through excellent and compassionate customer service skills
- Analyze coverage, make recommendations for exposures
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Work with your manager to achieve Sales goals and measurables by making sure our customers have the correct coverage.
- Master customer service and sales skills to take better care of people and bring new customers to Allstate.
Requirement
- Personal Lines License is a bonus.
- If you do not have the insurance license we will guide you on the steps to obtain. Licensing reimbursement is available.
- Previous Customer Service Experience or sales experience is a plus
