JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our growing Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The chosen candidate will join a balanced Agile product team of 6-8 talented Salesforce professionals.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing inventive, effective Salesforce solutions.

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce features leveraging the full range of Salesforce capabilities (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)
• Collaborate with the product team members to refine requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions
• Mentor developers, providing guidance and support
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise solutions, using APIs, web services, and partnership with MuleSoft
• Participate in Agile iterations and ceremonies, including spring planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective version control and stable integration environments
