The Wedding Chapel Coordinator at Bellagio is responsible for managing all aspects of chapel operations, providing exceptional wedding planning and coordination services to ensure a memorable experience for couples. This role involves generating leads, handling administrative tasks related to event bookings, and assisting with various guest requests to create a seamless and personalized wedding experience in line with the organization's high standards. The starting rate is $18.00 hourly.

The day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Generate event leads from multiple sources including, but not limited to, phone contacts, walk-in traffic, email, and third-party websites
  • Close event leads and complete all administrative aspects of booking the event, including but not limited to credit card payments and activating guest wedding event orders
  • Process correspondence from guests, internal departments, and vendors related to events, including but not limited to contracts, billing of deposits, and processing event orders
  • Assist with guest requests including but not limited to spa & beauty arrangements, cake orders, floral orders, photography requests, and officiant services
  • Coordinate and service events in accordance with SHOW standards

The ideal candidate :

  • Has a high school diploma or GED required
  • Has 6+ months or prior relevant experience in coordination, sales, or event planning preferred
  • Has experience with Boomer and Triple Seat preferred
