Drives patient volume increases top-line revenue, and strengthens physician engagement. Also responsible for achieving growth goals across the organization's service lines. This dual-focused role encompasses physician relations management and strategic growth initiatives across the healthcare system's service geographic areas. Focuses on growing the organization's book of business through strong physician relationships, community engagement, and strategic business development. This role combines relationship-building with physicians and other healthcare providers while identifying new business opportunities, expanding services, and optimizing referral networks. Develops and manages outreach efforts to expand service line presence, strengthen referral networks, and identify new business opportunities. Will work closely with physicians, clinical leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of effective and sustainable growth strategies. Key success metrics include growth in top-line revenue, physician and referring hospital engagement, and service line expansion.
This role will cover the Greater Silicon Valley. Candidate should live in the area and travel within the Silicon Valley is frequent.
