$300 bonus after 30 days of employment

Bonus payments are contingent upon successful completion of onboarding and continued active employment through each milestone.Bonuses will be paid out on the payroll following each milestone date.All applicable taxes and withholdings will apply under standard payroll procedures.Salary Range$23.57
Summary : To take the actions necessary to make minor repairs, execute work orders, perform preventive maintenance and other duties as assigned to care for the facility. Procedures will be accomplished in accordance with department policies and procedures and operating manuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance in one or more of the following areas :
Minor ConstructionElectricalPaintingGeneral MaintenancePlumbingGroundsAssists others with repairs and projects as assigned. i.e snow removal, operating sweeper truck, etc.Utilizes blue prints and manuals in the performance of maintenance work. Interprets written instruction, sketches and plans.Knows and observes safe working procedures.Maintains assigned mechanical rooms and work areas. Maintains a neat and safe work area.Inventories and maintains stocking of material in an orderly fashion.Evaluates and recommends orders for parts or materials needed.Accurately and timely fills out work summary sheet, log book, equipment log sheets.Participates in and fosters an approach to continuously improving quality that includes both intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities.In case of fire, internal or external disaster, perform assigned duties.Uses good communication and human relation skills when dealing with co-workers, other departments and the public.Maintain a high standard of personal appearance.Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by the Manager.Participate in all department training.We are proud to offer the following benefits :
