This is a leadership position based out of our Scripps Memorial Campus in Encinitas. Must be available to work Monday-Friday as well as after hours and weekend support as needed. This position is eligible to participate in the Management Incentive Compensation Plan for FY26. The Director of Engineering Operations will oversee integrity of assigned programs, systems and documentation relevant to the operations so that they are current, complete, and ready for survey at all times. Accountable for timely response to work orders and ensuring all are completed within accreditation and Scripps policy standards.
