We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Director of Engineering Analytics to drive AI and insights across release management, quality engineering and cloud services. In this role you get to :

• Lead and scale the team and programs responsible for analytics led value for the engineering teams
• Quantify the value of AI in engineering operations by working with other analytics and engineering teams, and drive the adoption of the AI Control Tower in managing AI use cases across engineering
• Connect product telemetry, technical support and engineering insights to improve visibility to release and product quality
• Deliver insights, scorecards and reporting and analytics across release management, cloud services, SRE and QE functions
• Manage a team of Product Managers, Data Engineers and BI Developers, and collaborate with other supporting analytics teams to deliver insights to optimize engineering processes

To be successful in this role you have :

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $170,300 - $298,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
