About Us :

The Commercial Sales Supervisor at Anticimex Carolinas is a mid-level management position that is intended to support the Commercial Sales team while helping drive increased sales production and develop cross-regional accounts.

The Commercial Sales Supervisor (CSS) will report directly to the Director of Business Development in building best practices to achieve the sales team's goals and revenue targets. The CSS is designed to support the tactical efforts of the commercial sales team's strategies as developed by the Director of Business Development. Identifying field-level improvements and responding rapidly to Account Representative needs is crucial.

What You'll Do :

  • Tactical & Strategic Execution :

o Work with Director of Business Development to help achieve sustained portfolio and SMART sales revenue

o Work with Director of Business Development to develop & implement tactical practices to support high level organization strategies with a focus on proposal frequency, prospecting improvement, and overall organic growth results

  • Management & Employee Development :
  • o Oversee the Commercial Sales Team (CST)

    o Regularly review sales goals with CST, work with the CST individually to build a strategy to attain yearly sales goals, monitor CST performance to sales goals

  • Provide support for the Commercial Sales Team in the following areas :
  • o Pricing questions and maintenance of pricing integrity

    o Service and technical questions or concerns

    o Time management – develop an approach that maximizes selling time

    o Identify new sales opportunities with existing accounts to Drive expansion of SMART sales and presence across Anticimex Carolinas service area

    o Oversee sales opportunity pipeline

    o Support implementation and adherence of sales and technical training

    o Identify key target commercial accounts for each region

    o Monitor CST's sales activity and support efficiencies in process

    o Drive increased portfolio and SMART revenue

    o Deliver proposals with CSTs to white-glove level accounts

    o Provide prospecting support and monitor adherence

    o Performs other duties as required.

    What we are looking for :

  • Prior sales experience (proven track record in Commercial / B2B sales preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
  • Experience with a CRM or Customer Database (Salesforce preferred)
  • Current and valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • An inner drive for success; a highly motivated self-starter
  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and company policies
  • The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • The ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • The ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
