Senior Product Designer - Signature Services Collection

Location :

This position is based in Warroad, MN. If you are considering relocating to Warroad, you may qualify for a relocation benefit package to facilitate your move.

Your Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of moderately complex components and products, ensuring they meet performance, fit, form, and function requirements.

Define essential design parameters, tolerances, and test methodologies to validate concepts and uphold product standards.

Oversee prototyping efforts utilizing shop tools, 3D printing, and various techniques to assess feasibility and refine designs.

Lead and review the creation of CAD models and engineering drawings, ensuring they align with standards and communicate design intent effectively.

Manage document workflows using Electronic Change Notice software and maintain technical specifications for collaboration with key stakeholders.

Mentor team members on design best practices and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in product design and development.

An associate degree or equivalent experience in design is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (Inventor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working with external suppliers to achieve design objectives.

Demonstrated success in managing complex product development and enhancement projects.

Additional Skills :

A capacity to mentor others and promote teamwork across departments.

A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Familiarity with document control systems and engineering change processes.
