Position Overview

We are currently hiring Private Duty Nurses (Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, health, and comfort.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized nursing care as outlined in the client’s care plan.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform wound care or treatments.

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure quality outcomes.

Document assessments, interventions, and client progress accurately.

Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health or private duty preferred).

Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

Current CPR certification.

Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits
