We are seeking candidates for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. We have a Growth & Development Intern opportunity in our headquarters office in West Des Moines, IA. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while you explore your own talents and interests.

No need to worry if you're unsure about insurance, our program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that will allow you to explore the ever-changing industry.

You will :

Be an integral part of meaningful G&D projects and initiatives.

Gain exposure to daily G&D functions, professionals, and business leaders.

Encourage a positive, energized and respectful learning environment.

Provide support to the team in the following areas :

Learning Management system administration and reporting

Create and develop materials to support training initiatives

Support our numerous summer development programs

Assist in creation of facilitation guides and instructional materials

Coordinate and participate in any off-site events

Perform special projects as identified by the needs of the business.

Qualifications :

Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.

Examples of prior majors' interns have pursued : Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more.

Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
