We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Construction Operations team to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview :

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing field operations and overseeing subcontractors to ensure that all construction projects meet Best Roofing’s quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role serves as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and clients, while ensuring adherence to company processes and project timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Core Focus :

• Ensure all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and meet Best Roofing quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain accountability for work quality, site organization, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project updates, and communication with stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
