Job description

Overview

One of New York's hottest design firms is looking for exceptional hospitality experience leading on and Global Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on all phases of project development from schematic design through construction for dynamic hospitality, food & beverage and commercial projects.
  • Coordinate on the production of concept and design development using Revit and Rhino.
  • Liaise with project director and partner in developing design.
  • Coordinate with consultants from concept to completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years' professional experience.
  • Exceptional design skills!!!
  • Extensive project experience using Revit is a must
  • Must have project management experience
