Marketing Coordinator Position at Janssen BioTech

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work at Janssen BioTech in Horsham, PA, a premier company within the Johnson & Johnson family renowned for its excellence in healthcare solutions. Compensation : $40 / hr Schedule : 8am-5pm MON-FRI - Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

What's a typical day as a Pharma Procurement Coordinator? You'll be :

  • Following the procurement process and liaising with Management / Key Stakeholders on the generation of, and pricing for, Purchase Order or Sponsorship requests.
  • Supporting the End-to-End Contract process for product functional areas. This includes gathering required information from Study / Project Leads, completing eMarketplace contract requests, interacting with Procurement and Contract managers, and facilitating review of contract redlines.
  • Reviewing project proposals / SOWS / Change Orders to ensure accuracy in financial and contractual information.
  • Coordinating Contract Execution with signatures from senior leadership. Communicating directly with project owners in client meetings, as needed to support the procurement process.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoice reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with mismatch management.
  • Training and Team Dynamics :

  • Participate in a 6-week training phase, including virtual training and a mentor program.
  • Work within a small team that relies on outstanding communication and exceptional teamwork.
  • This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with some experience in Marketing or Biology, or an Associate's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Have prior experience in the pharmaceutical environment, essential for integrating industry-specific terminology.
  • Possess significant experience with Procurement, Project Management and Compliance Regulations in the pharma industry.
  • Prior experience with Johnson & Johnson or Janssen Biotech is strongly preferred.
  • Are adept at quickly adapting to new and changing software, accepting improvements and changes fluidly.
  • Are technically savvy and eager to learn web-based technology systems used in procurement.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills for proactive issue resolution.
  • Have experience working with external vendors, ordering services, and utilizing web-based procurement systems like Ariba or SAP.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with skills in pivot tables, V-lookups, and macros.
