Our Custodian will work in our Main residential facility, performing routine cleaning and custodial duties in an effort to ensure guests have a safe and clean environment to reside in. This full time, on-site, hourly role reports to the Lead Maintenance Technician. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

Offered at $18 / hr

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform general cleaning and light duty handyman duties throughout the Main residential facility, including restrooms, kitchens, trash removal and heavy traffic floor maintenance using cleaning supplies and equipment including floor buffers.
• Inventory and maintain stock of essential job related supplies.
• Maintain exterior walkways, stairs and sidewalks for safety including snow and ice removal when needed.
• General cleaning assistance as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and guests.

Qualifications :

Full time staff of Homeless Solutions are eligible to enroll in employer sponsored medical, dental and life insurance coverage plans in accordance with HSI policies.
