As a Recruiter, youll play a crucial dual role, serving both our external clients and Nexeos internal staffing needs. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for client orders, internal corporate roles, and proactive strategic positions. This role requires a highly strategic, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to identify and onboard skilled candidates with urgency. Youll also collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.
Responsibilities
Key Focus Areas :
Internal Recruitment : Manage the full cycle recruitment process for Nexeo internal positions.
Proactive Sourcing : Strategically recruit and hire for high-turnover or hard-to-fill roles to maintain a ready talent pipeline.
Client Recruitment : Fulfill external client orders with quality candidates and ensure a smooth transition to the job site.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and hire top talent for critical Nexeo roles.
Manage full-cycle recruitingsourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offersfor internal and client roles.
Submit detailed recruiting updates to the HR department twice weekly for executive review.
Process applications and ensure all new hire documentation (I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, ESC, client forms) is accurate and complete.
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage records, run reports, and complete onboarding tasks.
Leverage recruiting platforms, job boards, and text messaging tools to attract and engage candidates.
Conduct pre-employment qualifications including background checks, drug tests, and reference verifications.
Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline through networking and engagement.
Write accurate and compliant job descriptions and submittal summaries highlighting candidate strengths.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, providing interview prep and coaching when needed.
Extend offers and negotiate employment terms.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team success.
Qualifications
No prior experience requiredbackground in Customer Service, Sales, Administrative Support, or Recruiting is a plus.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and extra hours when necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources or Recruiting.
Pay
$21.00$23.00 per hour
