Your Mission
Own the full sales cycle ( 80 % outbound) to sign recurring seller partnerssenior move managers, professional organizers, estate clearing firms, fiduciaries, and related service businessesin our high-priority states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, IL, MA, NJ, NY, PA, TX, WA). We are hiring for the following regional roles that will reside locally and own their respective territory :
- B2B Account Executive - North East, prioritizing CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA
- B2B Account Executive - Central, prioritizing CO, IL, TX
- B2B Account Executive - West Coat, prioritizing AZ, CA, WA
What Youll Do
Prospect & close. Source, pitch, demo, sign, and activate new service provider partnersNurture inbound. Jump on warm leads from marketing and drive them to close.Be the face of Maxsold. Attend 3-4 industry trade shows per quarter; build lasting partner relationships; represent Maxsold professionally at industry associationsRun a tight pipeline. Forecast and report in CRM; iterate tactics with marketing, customer success, and operations.Hit the numbers. Crush partner-acquisition and revenue targets while shortening deal cycles.What You Bring
46 years of outbound B2B SaaS or marketplace selling experience, ideally to solopreneurs SMBs and / or multi-location corporate / franchise networks, with full-cycle ownership and proven sales methodology (i.e. Sandler Selling System), with an approximate annual revenue contribution of $20 - $50kProven hunter mentality : strong discovery and consultative selling, with proven ability to drive clarity and velocityEngaging relationship-driven communicator who effortlessly and authentically captivates and converts prospective clients at high-touch, small-group events.Bonus points for experience in local-services marketplaces (i.e. Angi, HomeAdvisor, Houzz) or SMB SaaS (i.e. Toast, Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc) or related associations (i.e. NASMM, NAPO, ISA, ASA).Startup gritcomfortable with change, data-driven decisions, and high accountability.Growth mindset you are a learning machine, lead with curiosity and have a relentless ambition to get better each dayProficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and a bachelors degree.Why Maxsold
