Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Position Details :

Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus $2,000

Experienced LPN up to Sign On Bonus $10,000

PTO Frontload up to 40 hours for full time experienced LPN's

$3,000 Relocation Assistance for full time experienced LPN's

3D is a Med-surg Telemetry unit which focuses on adult medical patients that require telemetry monitoring.  Join our Innovation Unit (IU), which will be a “testing ground” for new innovative / optimization ideas to solve current and future nursing challenges & opportunities using quick PDSA cycles for improvement. All projects will reside under our four ministry wide nursing strategies for improvement. Here you will develop excellent critical thinking and assessment skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills.

Qualifications :

• Education : Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.

Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements

LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year)
