Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to grow new business across Home Care Line of business.
• Lead sales strategy discussions with the leadership team with fully developed and polished communication and writing skills.
• Aligns with Operations leadership team to ensure accountability for market growth expectations down to the branch level.
• Conduct sales training philosophy sessions either in person or through video conferencing to improve and development the skill set of our managers.
• Manage operational growth, nationally, demonstrating a focus on follow-up and accountability for all levels.
• Open new referral channels through consistently supporting our branch level managers on approaching ALF, ILF facilities positioning us to be a provider of choice.
• Conduct Branch manager, State Director, and ED Level focus calls to ensure a goal directed plan is in place and executed.
• Supports national organic growth, both in revenue, persons served, and hours served.
• Drive identified sales strategies across the organization to further support growth goals.
• Manage and understand metrics daily, understanding where adjustments need to be made to accomplish goals.
• Communicate and motivate teams to drive success.
• Maintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies.
• Participates in community and organizational programs to promote professional growth and understanding of operations.
• Participates in the quality and performance improvement process of all programs.
• Completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range : USD $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 / Year.
