The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the following :

• Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests' liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System's hospital and the surrounding community.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
• Will become proficient in all the following, as required : reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

Shift Hours : 11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM
