Responsibilities

Senior Account Managers are expected to provide outstanding service for our customers, and consistent support to our Commercial Producers. General duties include;

• Acting as the point person for all customer & policy service needs.
• Preparing and executing marketing plans for new and renewal business. Scheduling and conducting client insurance reviews alongside Commercial Producers.
• Overseeing and completing backend documentation of policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and billing alongside accounting team.

Senior Account Managers are expected to excel at building and maintaining relationships with commercial insurance clients to ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. This relationship first mentality must also be supported by proficiency and efficiency in the following areas;

Requirements

Account Manager must be fully licensed as a Property & Casualty Broker / Agent. An ideal candidate will also have;
