Job description$33-$42 / hour Depending on Experience Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance plans. We cover 98% of the premiums for most individual plans Free Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time, and Flexible Vacation Time Paid Parental Benefits Disability and Life Insurance 401(k) with 50% match Flexible Spending Plan (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA This hybrid role will work on site at our beautiful Irvine office 3 days a week, allowing for remote work 2 days a week. Manage a book of small business accounts with a variety of coverages : GL, Auto, Workers Comp, and Property. Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks. Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data. Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day-to-day tasks. You appreciate supporting the small business owner. You balance warmth with efficiency in your professional communications. You enjoy being task-oriented and derive satisfaction from the steady stream of renewal steps. You are solution oriented, using your strong understanding of coverages to move things along. Current CA Property and Casualty license 3 years P&C experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC) Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations High School Diploma
