A well-established outpatient clinic in Encino, California is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with flexible weekday hours and no weekend work. The clinic is known for its high-quality, hands-on care and commitment to patient wellness, offering a supportive environment for both experienced clinicians and new graduates.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility.

Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises to promote recovery and wellness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Uphold clinical quality, service excellence, and compliance with professional standards.

Contribute to program development and identify opportunities for growth within the practice.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy).

Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Current CPR certification preferred.

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a team.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience.
