Job descriptionBoard Certified or Eligible Completion of US residency training in full, or foreign training with 5 years US work experience ACLS / BLS certification (or obtainable for residents) Provide clinical support in an inpatient / outpatient (primarily ambulatory outpatient) setting Education Debt Reduction Program : Up to $200K over 5 years. Compensation : Aggressive starting salary of $262K plus incentives. Paid Time Off : 50-55 days per year (includes annual leave, sick leave, Federal holidays, and possible CME absence). Retirement : Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% contributions by VA. Insurance : Comprehensive coverage including health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care (transferable to retirement). Licensure : 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory required. Continued Medical Education (CME) : Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement for full-time, board-certified physicians. Malpractice : Free liability protection with tail coverage provided. Flexible Contract : No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting.
