Key Responsibilities :

• Assembly Operations : Assemble heavy equipment using hand, electric, and air-powered tools, ensuring all components fit correctly and meet quality standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine assembly instructions and specifications.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections and tests on assembled equipment to verify adherence to design specifications and operational performance.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve assembly issues by adjusting components or notifying supervisors for additional resources.
• Collaboration : Work closely with team members, including engineers and other assemblers, to ensure efficient workflow and address any assembly challenges.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
