Soldering Associate

Our client is a locally owned and operated electronics manufacturer and the choice supplier for leading-edge companies in the medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, and communication industries.

Duties

Hand-solder a variety of electronic components

Use small hand tools, solder guns, and solder tips

Inspect and quality check own work / work of others

Ensure that products meet all customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of recent work history in light industrial / manufacturing industries.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in electronic assembly with the ability to solder through-hole parts and small components.

Ability to use a microscope for an extended time.

Ability to effectively manipulate extremely small and / or fragile components and tools.

Ability to speak and read English and perform basic math

Ability to actively follow detailed directions written and verbal.

Education and / or Experience

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent

Shifts :  Monday - Friday Day Shift

Pay : Starting at $18 / hour - More for well-qualified candidates
