Job Description
Paradigm is looking for a skilled Soldering Technician to assemble and rework electronic products to IPC standards. Responsibilities include hand soldering through-hole and SMT components, performing PCB modifications, and ensuring quality compliance. Ideal candidates have soldering experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Type : 6 month contract-to-hire
Shift : Day Shift (5 : 00AM - 3 : 30pm, Mon - Thurs)
Location : On-site, Vancouver, WA

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes : 1-2 years soldering experience 2 years experience working in a production environment IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711 certification preferred Ability to read, understand, and navigate Fusion / Factory Logix documentation Excellent interpersonal skills Through-hole and SMT soldering experience Production experience Excellent verbal and written skills Basic computer skills Physical Requirements : Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time, as required by job tasks Visual acuity sufficient to perform detailed work, including the ability to inspect work under a microscope when necessary Must be able to pass a vision exam with a minimum visual acuity of 20 / 25 in at least one eye, with or without corrective lenses Must be able to pass a color vision test to accurately distinguish color-coded components or materials
