Position Overview : Fully Remote School Psychologist
Responsibilities :
- Assessment Excellence : Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' behavioral and academic needs.
- Safe Space : Develop a personalized, safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for students on caseload.
- Academic Achievement : Promote student motivation and engagement.
- Progress Monitoring : Continuously monitor students' progress and adjust instruction and interventions as necessary.
- Collaborative Engagement : Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment and evaluation results.
- Professional Development : Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in school psychology.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications : Hold a masters degree in School Psychology and possess a valid state licensure (Ohio School Psychologist license).
- Experience Matters : A minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist, with expertise in assessments, evaluations, and special education eligibility.
- Passion for Helping Others : Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students overcome behavioral and academic challenges.
- Tech Savvy : Be comfortable working remotely and have access to reliable internet and necessary computer equipment.
- Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
