Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch

Own the innovation pipeline and identify market opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective go-to-market execution

Required Qualifications

5+ years in product development or category leadership in health supplements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field

Proven experience in R&D, sourcing, compliance, and launch management

Strong supplier and manufacturer management experience

Deep understanding of NPN / FDA compliance and labeling regulations
