In this role, the key responsibilities are…

• Team Leadership & Development : Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment rooted in teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inbound and outbound order management, resource planning, and production scheduling to meet demanding timelines. Monitor Customer Care Centers to ensure high customer service standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Financial Management : Manage P&L responsibilities, including budget creation, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
• Performance Management : Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making and achieve strategic objectives. Key Metrics are Remake Percentage, Rework Percentage, On-time Shipping, and Cases Per Labor Hour. Set quality standards and production goals and ensure goals are met by monitoring production, problem-solving production issues, and motivating employees.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FDA guidelines for medical devices.
• Strategic Growth : Contribute to the company's growth by optimizing operations and preparing the team for future expansion.
• Human Resource Management : Partner with HR on pay, staffing, and employee relations; ensure team follows company policies and procedures.
• Travel 1-2 days weekly to Tulsa location.
