AT&T Team Member Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer-interfacing representative of AT&T products and services, making friendly connections in high-traffic retail or event settings.
- Engage customers actively to determine their communication needs and sell them tailored solutions, including wireless, fiber internet, and streaming services.
- Drive product adoption through engaging product demos articulating the speed and reliability of 5G technology.
- Meet or beat daily and weekly sales quotas through strong communication and closing abilities.
- Learn the features and advantages of the full portfolio of AT&T products and become a local expert on 5G network speed and devices.
- Process new service agreements and upgrades accurately to deliver a seamless and positive customer onboarding experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions with other AT&T Team Members to enhance sales strategy and product knowledge continuously.
- Document customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools provided to facilitate superior follow-up and tracking.
