Product Engineer, Customer Team
Your role
As a Product Engineer on the Customer team, you'll work across engineering, customer success, and product to help the best teams in crypto succeed with Turnkey. You'll identify where developers are getting stuck and step in to fix it. That could mean writing code, debugging tricky edge cases, or advocating for product improvements that smooth the path for everyone who comes next.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends technical depth with customer context. It's a great fit for a strong generalist engineer early in their career who wants to move fast, ship real improvements, work alongside one of the strongest technical teams in crypto, and build a deep understanding of how great products and developer experiences are built.
Over time, this role could evolve into a position on the core engineering team, a product management role, or a leadership path within the customer organization.
