As a key member of the operations leadership team, the Manufacturing Engineer reports to the Plant Operations Manager. Supports the Operations Manager and acts as the primary delegate in their absence. Responsible for identifying, leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives within all functional areas. Will lead teams within all levels of the organization, to review, recommend, resolve problems, or seek improvements concerning safety, quality, efficiency and cost.

• Focus on process and toolbox improvements (efficiency, utilization, quality); on efficiency improvement projects identifying technical issues to be solved, and on taking ownership of the projects from start to end

Compensation Information :

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location (this range is for successful candidates in the Chicago, Illinois metro area), and may fall outside of the posted range in certain circumstances.
