Direct Hire - Full Time - Permanent Role

Salary : $83K-$98K

About the Role :

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, transferring products from development to full-scale production while driving process improvement and test system validation.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Manufacturing on test requirements.

Design and implement test plans, fixtures, and systems.

Support prototype / pilot builds and ensure BOM / process accuracy.

Analyze test data for trends, failures, and improvements.

Participate in PFMEA, control plans, and DFT initiatives.

Work with suppliers / contract manufacturers for production readiness.

Maintain test documentation, calibration, and validation records.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree.

3+ years test engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing / NPI.

2+ years PCB in-circuit and functional testing experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, and automation tools.

Knowledge of DFM / DFA, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.

Strong electronics, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in electronics / electro-mechanical product / process development and statistical data analysis.
