Full Time Summary of Responsibilities The Department of Human Performance Studies in the College of Applied Studies at Wichita State University provides an opportunity for hands-on, applied learning and research experience for every student.

The Human Performance Studies Department is seeking a candidate to fill a nine-month, full-time, tenure track exercise science faculty position to teach undergraduate courses required in human performance studies as well as graduate courses in exercise science (.
kinesiology, anatomy & physiology, research methods, statistics, and courses related to area of expertise), establish a collaborative and sustainable research agenda, and provide service to the university, college, department, community, and profession.
Minimum Education Doctoral degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related field with clear demonstration
of skills in applied exercise physiology testing in the lab / field. Minimum Experience

Regular Hours of Work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Environmental Factors The office is located in the Heskett Center on the main campus.
The job requires work in a typical office environment, inside with meetings. A computer with access to the internet is provided.
