Your specialized interventions and compassionate care will enhance patient experiences and outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Administer medications, collect specimens, and provide other medical treatments as needed.\n
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.\n
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions with the healthcare team, physicians, patients, and their families.\n
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
• Coordinate patient care and support across various disciplines, including discharge planning and referrals.\n
• Provide education to patients and families based on individual needs and circumstances.\n
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current state RN license.\n
• Basic Life Support certification.\n
• ACLS / PALS certification required within six months of hire.\n
