CVOR Tech Needed for Travel Assignment in York, PA
Position : CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician)
Location : York, PA
Duration : 13-week travel assignment, ASAP start
Shift : Monday to Friday schedule, 4x10 hour shifts covering approximately 0600-1930. On-call requirement with a 30-minute response time.
Requirements :
- Must be actively certified by The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) ONLY & possess an active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Open Heart Experience required.
- Level 1 Trauma experience necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience required.
- BLS certification required.
Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced CVOR Tech to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in York, PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular operating room procedures, including open heart surgeries, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist surgical team during cardiovascular procedures, including open heart surgeries.
- Prepare operating room and equipment for procedures.
- Maintain sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide support as required.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
