Job Description
Provide administrative support to production and logistics by centralizing documentation, production orders, material tracking and inventory adjustments, ensuring accurate data and effective processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage production orders : printing, labeling and reporting.
- Record and reconcile raw material consumption and production outputs.
- Process receiving raw materials and ensuring accurate systems entries.
- Maintain and adjust inventory records based on physical counts.
- Organize and digitalize documentation, ensure proper archiving.
- Support accounts payable with document flow and invoice verification.
- Coordinate picking, list printing and assist communication with operations when needed.
- Prepare routine production and inventory reports for management.
- Extract data from the system and ensure dashboards and KPIs remain accurate and up to date.
Requirements
EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or similar courses.EXPERIENCE : 3 yearsTYPE OF EXPERIENCE : Production or logistics administrative processes.LANGUAGES : Fluent English required.OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED : Negotiation, strong data entry and documentation skills, familiarity with ERP / inventory systems.SKILLS / ATTITUDES : Good teamwork and proactive attitude, negotiation, good communication skills and systemic view, organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks.Benefits
