Logistics Analyst

Provide administrative support to production and logistics by centralizing documentation, production orders, material tracking and inventory adjustments, ensuring accurate data and effective processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage production orders : printing, labeling and reporting.
• Record and reconcile raw material consumption and production outputs.
• Process receiving raw materials and ensuring accurate systems entries.
• Maintain and adjust inventory records based on physical counts.
• Organize and digitalize documentation, ensure proper archiving.
• Support accounts payable with document flow and invoice verification.
• Coordinate picking, list printing and assist communication with operations when needed.
• Prepare routine production and inventory reports for management.
• Extract data from the system and ensure dashboards and KPIs remain accurate and up to date.
