Full Charge Bookkeeper

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of our accounting operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting, including A / P, A / R, payroll, and general ledger.
• Maintain and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
• Handle month-end and year-end closings.
• Process and file state and local tax returns (sales / use tax, B&O, etc.).
• Manage journal entries and ensure proper account coding.
• Coordinate with CPA or external auditors for annual reviews and filings.
• Maintain organized financial records and support management with reports as needed.
